Purchase Terms and Conditions
We despatch tickets via Royal Mail 1-2 weeks before the event date.
If you do not receive your tickets before the event, you can confirm your entry on the gate by specifying the PayPal email used to purchase your tickets.
All tickets sold are considered final and non-refundable.
We cannot cancel, exchange or transfer tickets unless the event has been cancelled by us.
T3 Bus Meet shall occur on the date as advertised, however when circumstances beyond our control mandate postponing the event, your tickets shall automatically transfer to the new event date.
As such, tickets shall remain live and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or transferred.
Fees and charges
Your ticket price includes processing and delivery fees. We reserve the right to retain these fees if tickets are refunded due to the event being cancelled.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
While we shall make reasonable efforts to notify of event postponement or cancellation, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event is going ahead.
Updates shall be posted on our website and Facebook Page.
Please check your tickets for mistakes as these cannot always be rectified.
T3 Bus Meet reserves the right to refuse admission should ticket holders breach any rules and regulations of the event or venue.
Late admission is not guaranteed.
The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
Ticket holders that breach any of these conditions, perform unacceptable/nuisance behaviour, cause damage or injury shall be ejected from the event.
T3 Bus Meet and its agents shall not be liable for loss of or damage to any property by theft, disappearance or otherwise, nor for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from any cause whatsoever.
