We open to the public at 10:00am on Friday 1st August, with the Meet ending at 4:00pm Sunday 3rd.

Pets

Pets are allowed but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Please ensure you clean up after your pet.

Camping Together

We will not be allocating specific spaces, if you wish to camp with your friends we advise you arrive at the venue together.

Can I Camp on Sunday night?

Unfortunately, there will be no camping on Sunday night, all visitors must vacate the venue when the Meet finishes at 4:00pm on Sunday

Club Camping.

We welcome your club to T3 Bus Meet. Please try to arrive together so you can all camp together 🙂

Do I Need to Buy Tickets In Advance?

Camping spaces are limited, you will need to purchase in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can I Pay On Arrival?

Yes you can pay on arrival.

Day tickets are available each day, but arrive early if coming on Sunday as people are packing away to head home.

It is advisable to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment if we sell out.

When Does Booking Close?

Check our Tickets page for availability, tickets are on a first come, first served basis.

Where Are My tickets?

Your email confirmation will contain a barcode for us to scan on your arrival.

Are Tickets Priced Per Person Or Per Bus?

Tickets are priced per person, so if you have two adults in one bus, please purchase two tickets.
Although child tickets are free, please ensure you include all required child tickets in your order.

I Don’t Have A T3/T25, Can I Come?

The meet and its traders will be focused towards T3/T25 owners and enthusiasts, therefore we will be restricting camping to T3/T25’s only.
Our aim is to get as many T3/T25’s in one area as we can.

There are plenty of other ‘any VW’ events on the calender.

Only day visitors can attend in other vehicles – we have a separate parking area.

THERE ARE NO 240v HOOK UP FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WITH CAMPING TICKETS.

THERE ARE WATER TAPS ALL AROUND THE FIELD

Site Rules.

In the interest of safety, no vehicle movements on site after 9:00pm.

Please try and arrive before 9pm.

There is a midnight noise curfew in place for the courtesy of families and neighbours. All entertainment will stop at this time.

IN THE INTERESTS OF SAFETY AND PRESERVATION OF THE CAMPSITE-

ONLY RAISED BBQ’s ARE ALLOWED
